All of our projects begin with objective-led and client-focussed planning. Workshop sessions allow us to capture and refine your specific requirements. Combining the results with other planning activities, including; research, analysis and prototyping, we ensure your project is kept on-time and on-budget.
Interactive Workshops

A valuable workshop must:
- Be structured enough to deliver specific objectives
- Be flexible enough to encourage interaction and engagement
Our interactive workshops are all about striking that balance.
Trained workshop facilitators guarantee your teams get the best out of sessions and we walk away with enough detail to produce detailed documentation, prototypes, wireframes and costs.
Gameplaying

Gameplaying provides a unique and engaging way for our clients to plan their projects.
Using a variety of materials (magic markers, pens, paper, stickers, boxes and even pipe cleaners), these sessions really get the creative juices flowing.
Based on proven and well delivered techniques, these high-energy sessions encourage the audience to provide requirements through collaborative exercises.
Research and Analysis

Preparation paves the way to a successful meeting – that’s where research and analysis comes in.
Reports for research and analysis are conducted by looking at market trends, web tools, analytics, reporting and documentation. Online and tablet applications can be used during meetings to visually depict key information.
Our team focus on a variety of areas; from user, audience and market research through to competitor and stakeholder analysis.
This data helps us:
- drive planning agendas
- benchmark expectation of a project
- indicate who needs to be involved
Wireframing & Prototyping

These techniques help us visualise ideas, imagine user journeys and act-out real life scenarios. Most importantly, they allow us to identify areas for development.
Wireframes are produced in a variety of formats; from paper-based sketches to HTML (balsamiq, axure, visio and sketchflow) mock-ups. They are circulated amongst your organisation for feedback and review.
Prototypes range from a selection of screens through to entire sections of an application. They are used to demonstrate aspects of user interface and experience.
